Where are sessions held?

Annie currently offers online and telephone sessions to adults across the UK.

How much does a session cost?

Self-funding sessions are £120 for 50 minutes. At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Can I use private medical insurance?

Annie works with Bupa, AXA Health and WPA. Please check the terms of your own policy and ask about insurer arrangements when you enquire.

What happens after I enquire?

Annie aims to respond within 48 hours with current availability and the next suitable step. If working together appears appropriate, an assessment can be arranged.

Is this an emergency service?

No. If someone's life is at risk, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental health help in England, call NHS 111 and select the mental health option.
