How long information is kept
Initial enquiries that do not lead to therapy will be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for administration, professional obligations and handling any follow-up. If you become a patient, separate clinical privacy information will apply to your care records.
Sharing and security
Information is not sold. Cloudflare hosts the website and uses Turnstile to check that enquiries are submitted by genuine visitors. Resend securely transmits the enquiry to Annie’s professional email address. These providers process information only as needed to operate the website, prevent abuse and deliver the message.
Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the provider is required to use appropriate data-protection safeguards. No website or email service can guarantee complete security, so please keep the initial message brief and avoid detailed medical or highly sensitive information.
